Job Title: Account Manager (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Manage and nurture the Marks & Spencer account, acting as a trusted partner and key point of contact.

Develop and execute robust account plans aligned to both the customer’s and Greencore’s strategic objectives.

Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Portfolio, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver commercial success and innovation.

Lead joint business planning, ensuring our offer remains relevant, competitive, and aligned to category trends.

Drive accurate sales forecasts and financial planning, balancing risks and opportunities.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the account.

Champion continuous improvement, finding smarter, more effective ways to deliver value to M&S.

Degree calibre or equivalent experience.

Proven Account Management experience, ideally within food manufacturing or retail supply.

Strong commercial awareness with experience of managing major retail accounts – Marks & Spencer experience would be an advantage.

Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.

Analytical and results-driven, confident managing forecasts, performance data, and profitability.

Local to Northampton with flexibility to be in the office three days per week to maintain strong internal collaboration. Occasional travel required.
