Ideagen Wearable Safety (Reactec) helps organisations understand and reduce workplace health risks through powerful wearable technology and cloud‑based analytics. Our solutions give leaders the data they need to protect their workforce and now, as we expand across the UK and into Europe, we’re looking for an Account Executive who can help us accelerate that impact!
We are looking for a driven, curious sales professional who lives for finding opportunities and smashing targets. You’ll open doors across the EHS market, spark high‑value conversations and show senior stakeholders exactly how Reactec’s tech can transform the way organisations manage risk.
You’ll be responsible for driving new business, developing key accounts, and supporting our expansion into new European markets. You will:
- Win new business and build strategic relationships with EHS, operational and commercial leaders.
- Run standout demonstrations and trials that clearly show how Reactec technology transforms risk insight and operational decision making.
- Develop key accounts, maximising adoption and long‑term commercial value.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent activity.
- Drive multi‑stakeholder engagement and guide customers through trials and evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for driving new business, developing key accounts, and supporting our expansion into new European markets. You will:

Skills and Experience:
- Experience selling into the EHS market or related industries such as Construction, Manufacturing or Aviation, with a focus on hitting revenue targets.
- Confident selling technical, data‑led solutions and clearly communicating commercial value.
- Experience managing full‑cycle sales activity, from discovery through to close, against quota.
- Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders, including operational, H&S and commercial decision makers.
- Highly target‑driven, resilient and commercially focused, motivated by pipeline growth and deal closure.
