We now have some fantastic opportunities for motivated individuals to join our software New Business & Account Management sales teams in Manchester city centre! These roles are important as you'll be responsible for securing new logo customers and managing / growing sales accounts with existing IRIS customers to generate additional sales revenue.

 

What will you be doing?

 

Inside Sales Executive (New Business)

 

As an Inside Sales Executive (New Business), your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve the following:

 

  • Implementing agreed call campaigns to potential new customers
  • Identifying new business opportunities using all tools possible
  • Handling all inbound sales calls from customers who wish to discuss our products
  • Meeting and exceed sales targets/KPIs
  • Creating new pipeline and opportunities through telephone and electronic based activity
  • Driving attendance to customer events program and provide pre and post event follow up support
  • Working with the marketing and product specialists’ teams to align campaigns and track performance
  • Continually keeping up to date with IRIS products and development
  • Understanding the competitor presence within your territory
  • Proactively identifying sector specific opportunities, suggesting marketing campaigns to support further sales growth
  • Ensuring that all customer and sales information is accurately recorded in a timely manner
  • Following all internal processes to support the customer journey
  • Suggesting ideas for continual improvement.

 

Inside Sales Account Manager

 

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve the following:

 

  • Territory planning supported by your team manager
  • Implementing agreed call campaigns according to agreed territory/success plan
  • Working proactively with marketing offering campaign ideas for call out activity
  • Value reviews with customers in your assigned base to assess the current effectiveness of current products and identifying further sales opportunities
  • Handling all inbound sales calls from existing customers who wish to discuss our products
  • Creating new pipeline through telephone and electronic based activity
  • Recruiting attendees for the customer events programme and provide pre and post event follow up support
  • Ensuring that all customer and sales information is accurately recorded in a timely manner
  • Following all internal processes to support the customer journey
  • Suggesting ideas for continual improvement.

 

What are we looking for?

 

This position is a great opportunity for a salesperson with sales ability wanting to further their career with one of the largest privately-owned software businesses in the UK.

 

Additionally we're looking for someone with the following experience:

 

  • Proven new business sales / account management experience – selling products and services to new B2B customers / upselling/cross-selling products and services to existing B2B customers
  • Experience selling software / SAAS products is advantageous.
