The Need We Address
The UK suffers from deep and persistent inequalities – young people from disadvantaged backgrounds are twice as likely to be NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training).
Current conditions are increasing the gap, and without support at critical moments, this gap leads to long-term consequences.
We provide the interventions that ensure talent from all backgrounds can access meaningful careers equal to their ambition and ability.
