Founded in 1949 in New Haven, Connecticut, by Bernard Gantmacher and his sons Marty and Elliot, Gant’s history began with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for shirtmaking.
What started as a family business has grown into a global company, with more than 600 stores across 80 markets and over 1,700 team members worldwide.
