As a Ceredigion employee you will have access to a variety of development opportunities including e-learning modules and a comprehensive range of training events. We typically have over 100 training events on offer to our employees at any one time. We also consistently fund and support many of our employees to gain the professional qualifications or certifications they require to progress in their careers.
If you undertake or aspire to undertake a management role with us you will be enrolled on our Ceredigion Manager Programme where you will learn how to be a knowledgeable, fair and empowering manager.
Work Life Balance
The ability to work flexibly can be especially helpful if you are a parent, have caring responsibilities or have a disability or long term health condition. Flexible working comes in many different forms. Some of our people work part time, some have annualised or compressed hours whilst others job share. A popular benefit is our flexi scheme.
