Job Title: Women’s Basketball 2nd Team Coach

Loughborough Sport Part Time (annualised hours, 577.2 per year) and Open Ended Loughborough University is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Women’s Basketball 2nd Team Coach to lead, plan and deliver an outstanding coaching programme that supports student-athlete development and competitive success within the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) competition. Working closely with the Head Coach, you will support the delivery of the Women’s Basketball strategy and performance plan. You will be responsible for developing and delivering annual training programmes, including pre-season preparation, selection processes and competitive season planning, as well as planning and delivering one to one coaching sessions in accordance with the player Individual Performance Plans and competition needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate coach to contribute to the growth of Women’s Basketball at one of the UK’s leading sporting universities and help athletes achieve their full potential both on and off the court.
