About the Role
As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in preparing and assembling plated meals while ensuring the highest standards of quality, food safety, and hygiene. Working in a fast-paced production environment, you’ll accurately weigh ingredients, follow recipes, and help achieve daily production targets.
Working Hours
40 hours per week
Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 15:30
Flexibility and occasional overtime required to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble plated meals in line with production plans and recipes.
Accurately weigh ingredients while maintaining GMP, quality, and food safety standards.
Support the achievement of daily production targets.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
Maintain high standards of hygiene by completing cleaning schedules and using the correct chemicals.
Follow all Health & Safety, Food Safety, COSHH, and PPE requirements.
Minimise waste and dispose of it correctly in line with company procedures.
Report quality or production issues promptly to the Production Manager or QA Team.
Work flexibly across the production operation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
