We’re looking for a polished, customer-focused Front of House Assistant to join our catering and hospitality team within a premium corporate workplace. The Role
You’ll be responsible for:

Delivering outstanding front of house service across our restaurant, coffee bar and hospitality events

Serving food and beverages efficiently, professionally and with attention to detail

Providing a welcoming and engaging experience for colleagues, clients and visitors

Maintaining immaculate standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation

Supporting the wider team to ensure a seamless and efficient operation

Adhering to all food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards
About You
We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous front of house, hospitality or customer service experience

Is professional, well presented and takes pride in their appearance

Has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Communicates confidently and enjoys building positive relationships

Thrives in a busy environment and remains calm under pressure

Has excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work

Enjoys working collaboratively within a team while also using their own initiative
