Role Overview
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of Italy Claims processing. You will coordinate team workload, support SLA delivery, and act as a key point of contact for operational issues and improvements.
What the day will look like
- Coordinating daily operations, workload planning, and backlog management.
- Leading operational meetings and supporting client calls where required.
- Monitoring service performance and preparing operational and SLA reports.
- Handling escalations and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintaining SOPs and ensuring strong knowledge sharing practices.
- Identifying process gaps and driving improvements and solutions.
- Acting as a key point of contact across teams and stakeholders.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in service delivery or operations environment.
- Attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Fluent English is required.
