JOB PURPOSE

As an Analyst, HR Systems, you will support the maintenance, optimisation and continuous improvement of HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro WFM. You'll provide system support, resolve queries, collaborate with HR, IT and external vendors on enhancements and projects, and help improve processes and the employee experience. The role requires strong analytical skills, HR systems experience, stakeholder management, and a focus on data integrity, compliance and continuous improvement.

This is a Leeds based role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the delivery and ongoing support of stable, effective HR systems and applications.
  • Provide expert end-user support, resolving system queries and promoting best practice.
  • Act as the first point of contact for system issues, collaborating with stakeholders and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
  • Analyse business requirements, complete impact assessments and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Manage system release cycles, ensuring stakeholders are informed of updates and changes.
  • Perform system configuration testing, quality assurance and regular monitoring to maintain system integrity.
  • Ensure HR applications comply with internal controls, governance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Produce and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides and training materials.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous enhancement of HR systems.
  • Support HR systems projects, including application upgrades, enhancements and new technology implementations.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Relevant technical proficiency and experience, either gained through technical qualifications/training or on the job experience.
  • Ideally 2+ years experience in a similar HR/IT role.
  • Experience of working within either a highly complex or global organisation and / or HR Shared Services environment is desirable.
  • Relevant technical proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or UKG Pro WFM is desirable.
  • Experience of actively participating in continuous improvement projects from idea generation to implementation.
