We are seeking a hands-on General Manager with a strong background in high-end hotel F&B or premium hospitality environments. You will lead a high-end client site, delivering a premium service with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operation, delivering a seamless, high-end food service and hospitality with exceptional customer and client experiences
  • Act as the face of the service, building strong, trusted client and stakeholder relationships
  • Drive a 5* service culture, ensuring every detail is consistently executed to the highest standard
  • Remain hands-on during service, leading by example and supporting the team to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Manage financial performance including budget control, forecasting, and driving revenue opportunities
  • Maintain exceptional front-of-house standards aligned to premium hospitality expectations
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience within high-end hotel F&B, luxury events or premium hospitality environments
  • A passion for delivering outstanding, personalised service and exceeding client expectations
  • Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A hands-on, detail-focused approach with the ability to lead from the front
  • Highly organised, with the confidence to manage a small team and take full ownership of a site
  • Professional, polished and driven to deliver excellence
