Overview

At Every, we help schools run more smoothly.

Our software supports schools with the systems they rely on every single day, helping them manage important processes more easily and efficiently. As more schools move to Every, we’re growing our Implementation team and looking for someone who understands customers, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a career helping schools successfully adopt new technology.

This is not a back-office processing role.

It’s a people-focused implementation role where you’ll work directly with schools to guide them through the onboarding, training, setup and rollout of Every’s products and services. You’ll help customers move away from older systems and processes into modern software that makes everyday work easier.

You’ll become a trusted point of contact for schools throughout their journey, helping users feel confident, supported and successful from day one.

This role is especially suited to people with experience in areas such as:

  • Software implementation
  • Customer onboarding
  • Training
  • Education software
  • School administration
  • Software support
  • Customer-facing support
  • Data handling
  • System configuration
  • Project coordination

You do not need to have worked in an Implementation Consultant role before, but you should be confident working with customers, learning software systems, managing multiple priorities, and supporting people through change.

🧾Why This Role Matters

Schools rely on effective systems to keep important work running smoothly behind the scenes.

When a school moves to a new platform, it’s a major change. There are timelines to manage, users to support, data to review, questions to answer, and teams who need guidance as they adapt to new ways of working.

That’s where you come in.

Your role is to make that transition feel smooth, supported and successful. You’ll help schools understand the system, feel confident using it, and get real value from the software.

The experience you deliver directly impacts customer satisfaction, long-term relationships, and how successfully schools adopt Every across their teams.

👥About the Team You’ll Join

You’ll join our Every Implementation team within the Education Division of the Customer Professional Services department.

The team works closely together, sharing ideas, helping each other solve problems, and supporting customers through real-world challenges every day.

Most of the team are based around Leeds and Yorkshire, and regular collaboration has become a really important part of how the team works and develops. Because of this, you’ll be expected to travel into the Leeds office occasionally.

You’ll also have the opportunity to learn multiple Every products and services as part of Every’s long-term growth within education.

📊What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting schools through the onboarding and implementation of Every products and services
  • Delivering online training sessions, guidance and walkthroughs to school staff
  • Setting clear expectations with customers, guiding them remotely through implementation, and managing timelines effectively
  • Building strong working relationships with customers to support product engagement and satisfaction
  • Managing the simultaneous rollout of multiple Every products across several customer implementation projects
  • Providing a high standard of customer service and online guidance across calls, meetings and virtual sessions
  • Helping customers configure and use the system successfully
  • Responding to customer questions, troubleshooting issues and helping customers find practical solutions
  • Remaining focused on project tasks through to completion, or escalating to the appropriate team where needed
  • Working closely with the Implementation team and other internal departments to deliver a smooth customer experience
  • Communicating proactively with different areas of the business where needed
  • Helping improve processes and identifying ways to make implementations even better

🔎What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as systems.

You might currently work in software support, onboarding, education software, implementation, training, customer support, school administration, data administration or project coordination, and now want a role where you can use those skills in a more consultative and customer-focused way.

You’ll likely be a strong fit if you have:

  • Experience supporting, guiding or training customers
  • Confidence communicating with customers over phone, video calls, online meetings and face-to-face where needed
  • A calm, confident and professional approach when managing customer questions, challenges or difficult conversations
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to manage several tasks, deadlines and customer projects at the same time
  • Good Excel skills, with the ability to work with, check, analyse and manipulate customer data accurately
  • A technical mindset and confidence learning new software products
  • The ability to understand customer needs and configure software solutions effectively
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers, colleagues and internal teams
  • A proactive approach to learning, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service

Project management or project coordination experience would be useful, but is not essential.

You do not need previous software implementation experience to apply, provided you have strong customer-facing experience, good organisational skills, and the ability to learn systems, manage timelines and support customers through change.
