About the Role:

We have a vacancy for a Housing Advisor specialising in providing housing advice and carrying out statutory homelessness functions to refugee and migrants approaching the Council for housing assistance

What we’re looking for:

If you have experience of working within homelessness legislation and landlord and tenant law and are confident working on your own initiative within a busy service; managing a case load and dealing with people and are interested in this challenging but rewarding role, then we would like to hear from you.

Hours: This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £37,280 – £41,771 per annum (City Pay Band 5), pro rata for part time.

Location: Office based in central Cambridge with flexibility for some home working within the needs of the service.
