We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-profile, single-site London operation delivering retail vending, pantry, coffee bar, and restaurant services within a corporate environment.
Reporting to the Deputy Account Director, you will have full accountability for the operational and commercial performance of a £4m operation with circa 40 employees. You will provide visible leadership, ensure consistent service delivery, and maintain strong operational and financial control.
Key responsibilities include:

End-to-end operational leadership across all service streams

Full P&L ownership and delivery of financial targets

Leadership and performance management of senior operational teams

Proactive risk management and issue resolution

Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
