Financial Analyst- SG&A – Fort Worth

We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as Financial Analyst SG&A.

The Financial Analyst SG&A is accountable for providing analytical support and timely and accurate reporting of financial performance from all business segments within the Company; importing data from/into financial analysis software; comparing and analyzing data accuracy, inconsistencies, trends and significant variances; researching or verifying data integrity as needed, and compiling and creating regularly scheduled or “ad hoc” financial statements and reports, as directed by senior management.
Key Responsibility:
Analyze and report specific weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI trends for use by Executive Management, Sales and Operations Managers, providing a clear view of the past, present and future financial performance
About Role:
- Compile monthly and quarterly financial data
- Assist with compiling and preparing monthly and quarterly financial forecasting and budgeting tools and reports, as needed
- Interact with business unit managers or finance teams to obtain variance explanations and supplemental information or supporting documents to verify data integrity
- Assist with the preparation of various executive-level reports and presentations on a regular basis, for use by senior management, the Board of Directors and external financial institutions
- Assist with developing efficient analytical tools (i.e. comparative data spreadsheets, time-saving templates, formulas and formats) for use in preparing analytical reports
- Ensure that financial records, databases, reports are organized, secured and maintained regularly, as up-to-date and accurate resources for financial analysis and reporting purposes
- Participate in regular technical trainings to refine accounting and industry knowledge, as approved
- Continually pursue process improvements and offer recommendations to streamline and increase accuracy and efficiency around financial data analysis, reporting and management
- Other duties as assigned.

About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance
- Educated to National Vocational Level (NVQ) or equivalent (EU)
- 1-2 years’ experience in financial operations
- Demonstrated ability of “power” use of all financial data management systems (existing or newly introduced), including extraction and report creation
- Advanced knowledge and experience with integrated accounting software, Microsoft Excel, Access and Power Point
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be detailed oriented, organized and have the ability to work independently
- Ability to set priorities, achieve accurate results and meet deadlines within required schedules
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the Company, as well as serve as liaison with external financial partners, as required.
