We are currently recruiting for a Training Delivery Facilitator to facilitate engaging and impactful training, you’ll predominantly deliver leadership and technical training to our Asda House teams.
You will have the ability to leverage your experience in training delivery to facilitate to groups of various sizes, up to and including senior business leaders.
In this role you will partner with functional business areas and you’ll work with the Learning and Development team to identify and tailor learning solutions that align to business priorities and address capability gaps
As well as working closely with stakeholders you will deliver industry leading training programmes recognised for quality and effectiveness that support growth of our talent pipeline
The successful candidate will have strong coaching skills and ability to flex your style to meet the needs of divergent groups whilst delivering to learning outcomes
You’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement through self-reflection and providing feedback on learning resources to help us be at our best
