About the role

The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) plays a key role in driving innovation-led growth across brands within the homecare category. This position resides within the US Marketing function and reports to the Innovation Lead. The ABM is responsible for leading the innovation pipeline, from concept through commercialization, and will support brand development by identifying growth opportunities, shaping category strategy, and ensuring strong execution. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the future of multiple brands while developing essential marketing and business management skills. 

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans to maximize long-term sales and profitability 
  • Assist in shaping category strategies and ensuring alignment with overall business goals 
  • Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for brand growth leveraging data sources to build a cohesive story  
  • NPD project management and ownership – leader of cross functional teams to deliver OTIF  
  • P&L development for key projects  
  • Contribute to brand equity development through impactful marketing initiatives including key strategic partnerships  
  • Build brand forecasts and track brand performance metrics 
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize promo/media investments 
  • Analyze brands and market trends and recommend actions to be taken 
  • To initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth 
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive brand performance 
  • In close co-operation with the Sales function and Trade Marketing, identify trade needs / opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands 
  • Facilitate speed to market for products, programs, and services

The experience we're looking for

•    Strong time management and organizational skills. 
•    Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (MBA preferred). 
•    3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in a CPG environment (innovation experience)
•    Data driven mindset – experience in Nielsen/ numerator is a plus. 
•    Strong analytical skills with financial and commercial acumen. 
•    Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities. 
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities. 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
•    Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.

US salary ranges

 $109,000.00  –  $163,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
