Job Introduction

Join MPS as a Document Analyst and help shape our member experience.

We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for clear communication to help deliver high-quality documentation across all MPS brands. In this role, you’ll create and maintain a wide range of materials – from welcome documents and renewal packs to member guides and other key communications – ensuring every message is accurate, engaging, and enhances the member journey. You’ll play a vital role in transforming how our members access their information, and on the impact it can make.

Role Responsibility

  • Develop, update and improve key member documents, ensuring they’re clear, accurate and engaging.
  • Work creatively with designers, copywriters and brand experts to deliver quality member communications.
  • Manage the full life cycle of member documentation; from inception, to sign off, adoption by business and periodic review.
  • Support colleagues across MPS by being first point contact for any document related queries.
  • Deliver operational efficiencies via the MPS document management system.
  • Support smooth delivery and implementation of the Digital Document Solution.
  • Manage all regulated documentation for HCP via the DMS.
  • Support the Document Manager in relevant project delivery and budget management.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll be a detail-driven communicator with a flair for clear, engaging, and accurate writing. You’ll combine a strong understanding of branding and tone of voice with a genuine passion for improving the member experience. Comfortable managing multiple projects at once, you’ll bring structure, consistency, and creativity to every piece of documentation you produce.

You’ll have experience working with document management systems (or similar platforms) and be confident navigating processes that involve multiple stakeholders. A natural collaborator, you’ll build strong relationships across teams and be ready to act as a go-to expert for all things document-related.

Ideally, you’ll have experience in communications, copywriting, or marketing, and an understanding of regulated environments such as financial or healthcare services. An eye for process improvement and an enthusiasm for digital transformation – particularly around paperless and self-service solutions – will help you thrive as we launch our new Digital Document Solution.
