Overview
Head of Culture & Engagement – London
At Trustpilot, we’re on an incredible journey. We’re a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world’s largest independent consumer review platform, and while we’ve come a long way, there’s still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!
Our People Team strategy is bold, clear, and meaningful: we’re becoming a Destination Employer. We want people to think, “that’s where I want to work one day!” before joining Trustpilot; to feel privileged and proud to be a Trustie during their time with us; and, after moving on, to know the years they spent at Trustpilot were the very best of their career.
At the heart of this vision is a distinct focus on people experience — and our culture and engagement efforts play a central role in bringing that to life.
As the Head of Culture & Engagement, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of our global culture and engagement strategy, driving engagement, belonging and advocacy across every stage of the employee journey.
Reporting to the VP of People Experience, you’ll act as the architect of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) — defining and embedding what makes Trustpilot unique and compelling as a place to work. This role sits at the intersection of culture, communication, and insight, ensuring that employee feedback and sentiment translate into meaningful action and that our internal experience reflects our reputation as an employer of choice.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the design and delivery of our global engagement strategy, including surveys, insight generation, and action planning in partnership with People Business Partners and leaders.
- Translate engagement data into tangible initiatives and measurable outcomes that strengthen connection, belonging, and purpose.
- Own the definition, articulation, and activation of our EVP, ensuring it authentically captures what it means to be a Trustie and helps us stand out in the talent market.
- Drive our employer reputation strategy, including Glassdoor engagement and employer-of-choice awards.
- Curate events and experiences that reinforce culture and create clarity, alignment and cohesion across our leadership team.
- Provide oversight and strategic support to our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), empowering them to thrive as inclusive, authentic communities that drive awareness and build advocacy.
Who you are:
- You bring proven experience in culture, engagement, internal communications and/or people partnering, ideally having led initiatives around engagement, leadership culture, and EVP design.
- You’re both strategic and hands-on, balancing creativity and structure to deliver impactful programs in a fast-paced, global environment.
- You’re a strong communicator and facilitator who can engage, inspire, and influence across all levels of the business.
- You have a data-driven mindset — comfortable turning insights into clear actions and measuring impact over time.
- You thrive in ambiguity and are skilled at driving outcomes through collaboration, influence, and adaptability.
- You bring creativity, curiosity, and a growth mindset to everything you do.
- You’re confident working with senior leaders and comfortable shaping conversations that lead to meaningful change.
What’s in it for you:
- A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
- Competitive compensation package + bonus
- Restricted Stock Units
- 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
