About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated construction trained person with a drive for Quality construction and with good Computer skills. They will become the expert in our quality system SIMS and assist and train our site teams and supply chain. They will be a key part of our Cardiff team’s quality controls and management. Although focusing on the Sims system performance and improvement they will need to know good Building technical quality delivery skills and include knowledge of key trades problems and required inspections and hold points. To guide and assist teams on good quality delivery onsite. They will also support reporting of good practice and any quality issues we encounter in the Cardiff region. They will also work closely with the Central region Quality manager to ensure we are both compliant but also consistent across our Central and west business region and promote good communication and consistent reporting.

The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated staff.We are looking for people who share our passion whilst also being able to work within a fun and hardworking team environment.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
