Overview
Get Set for helping people towards a better tomorrow
Can I borrow 30 seconds?
When we speak to people thinking about roles like this, they often tell us they’re:
Frustrated that employability teaching sometimes feels like ticking boxes, not changing lives.
Disappointed when learners leave without the confidence to apply what they’ve learned in the real world.
Unsure how to make their training directly transform futures.
I get the impression none of these apply to you?
They do? Thought so. Well, I’ve had my 30 seconds. Give me a minute more and read on…

As an Employability Tutor at Get Set UK, you’ll help people build confidence, skills, and pathways into meaningful work. -
Engage learners through creative, interactive sessions — maintaining strong participation and motivation.
-
Support individuals with varying abilities, including those with additional learning needs.
-
Provide constructive feedback that helps learners improve and sustain progress.
-
Collaborate with employers to align training with current vacancies and workforce expectations.
-
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance, safeguarding, and contractual standards are met.
-
Continuously improve delivery by keeping up with best practices and evolving learner needs.
Your work will give learners the tools to find, and keep, the right job, while shaping a culture of empowerment and lifelong learning.
