Join the Asset Team as our next Mechanical Services Surveyor and play a key role in shaping safe, efficient, and sustainable buildings across the city. You’ll oversee the delivery of new and upgraded mechanical installations, manage contractors, ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, and contribute to projects that reduce carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency.
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in mechanical services, strong project management skills, and a relevant professional qualification or currently working towards one. Hours: This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week.
Although the role is advertised as full time, if you believe you have the skills and experience to join us and would like to discuss different working patterns, please do get in touch. 
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday (5 Days)
Contract: Secondment/ Fixed Term (2 years)
Salary: £41,771 to £47,181 per annum (City Pay Band 6), pro rata for part time.
Location: This is flexible – working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home.  You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
