Hours: 40 per week | 3 days on / 3 days off

We are seeking an experienced and well-presented Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a dynamic and fast-paced site in Heathrow. You will work closely with the Duty Managers to lead a dedicated hospitality team, ensuring seamless service across morning and afternoon shifts.
In this role, you will take ownership of all operational aspects including staff supervision, ordering and stock management, service delivery, and compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards. You will be an inspirational leader with a hands-on approach—motivating your team, maintaining exceptional standards, and ensuring every guest experience is memorable for all the right reasons.
The successful candidate will have effective communication skills, a strong background in hospitality, excellent presentation, and the ability to perform under pressure. You will demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a genuine passion for people and service.
