? Rota: Week 1 (05:45–13:15) | Week 2 (13:00–21:00) | 1 weekend in 8 weeks

If you’re passionate about great food and teamwork, we’d love to have you join our kitchen at RAF Valley. You’ll help prepare delicious, high-quality meals that keep our Defence community fuelled and ready for the day.
What you’ll be doing:

Preparing fresh, high-quality dishes that delight our customers

Supporting the Head and Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operations

Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, food safety, and Health & Safety

Representing Compass Group UK&I with professionalism and positivity

Supporting meal services:

Breakfast: 06:00–08:30

Lunch: 12:00–13:00

Evening meal: 18:00–20:30
