Reservationist – New Restaurant Opening

As a Reservationist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing bookings and creating great first impressions.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage guest bookings by phone, email and online
  • Seat guests and take drinks orders
  • Take coats and manage cloakroom
  • Provide warm, professional and efficient service at all times
  • Work with managers to maximise bookings and covers
  • Support with guest communications before and after visits

Who You Are

  • Organised, articulate and confident on the phone and email
  • Strong attention to detail and admin skills
  • Enjoy talking to people and providing excellent service
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
