Ready to help create London’s most unforgettable dining experience? Company of Cooks is teaming up with Guinness to open a spectacular new destination in an iconic Covent Garden setting.
Picture this: a beautifully designed courtyard space where meticulous detail meets genuine Irish hospitality. It’s going to be something truly special.
We’re seeking talented, friendly Bartenders to be foundational members of our opening team. This is a chance to use your skills to deliver world-class service and genuinely engage with every guest.
We’re now looking for skilled, engaging Bartenders to join our opening team and help deliver world-class hospitality behind the bar.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft and serve the best pint of Guinness in London as well as beautifully made cocktails, wines, and beverages with speed, precision, and personality.
- Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for ingredients, wines, and spirits, elevating the guest experience through thoughtful recommendations.
- Contribute to the smooth, stylish operation of a bar that’s as welcoming as it is professional.
- Anticipate guest needs, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional and memorable service.
- Collaborate closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to uphold Angela Hartnett’s high standards of hospitality and service.
Who You Are:
- A warm, confident individual with a genuine passion for food, drink, and hospitality.
- Emotionally intelligent and intuitive, you read the room, adapt, and create a positive experience for every guest.
- Highly skilled behind the bar, with a solid foundation in mixology, classic cocktails, wine, and seasonal ingredients.
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a high-performance team.
- Open to learning and growth, with a deep appreciation for excellence and consistency.
