Degree educated or equivalent.

12+ years’ experience, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment.

Experience working as part of/leading a Marketing function or Marketing Consulting team, focused on creating customer-centric growth strategies, driving commercial transformation, and go-to-market strategies and optimisation.

You have a strong understanding of customer and business development levers, including pricing, trade spend, channel strategy, and digital enablement.
-
Experience driving digital transformation in areas such as building marketing strategies, designing future-fit marketing operations, and activating content, data & technology to deliver growth.
-
You understand how to turn a set of business objectives into Marketing capabilities and to map those capabilities to solutions.

You have a proven track record of selling multifaceted programmes of work, across Marketing Strategy, Marketing Technology and Marketing Operations.

You have a blended skillset and are comfortable analysing both quantitative data and customer insights to build strategic recommendations.

You will design and implement customer-centric growth strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics.

You will lead, manage and deliver on multiple marketing/sector related projects.

You will collaborate with other senior leaders and experts across frog, Capgemini Invent and wider Capgemini, as well as with externals partners and vendors, to create and implement cutting edge solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within client organisation (e.g., digital, analytics, marketing, operations) to deliver integrated solutions.

You will build and maintain strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

To grow our business:

You will lead multiple, and often concurrent marketing bids.

You will shape attractive commercial propositions and proposals, often responsible for the scope, budget and resources of the project as well as the expectations and satisfaction of the clients.

You will drive business development efforts, including proposal development, client pitches, and account growth.

You will mentor and develop other consultants, contributing to a high-performance team culture.

You will stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations.

You will have experience working in one of more of Consumer Products, Retail, Utilities, Financial Services.
