Your role
As a PLM Business/Process Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, planning, and implementing PLM solutions that align with strategic business objectives. You will be responsible for driving change, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful adoption of PLM systems across engineering and manufacturing functions.
The role focuses on leading the successful implementation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems by evaluating current processes, aligning strategic goals, and driving organisational change. It involves engaging stakeholders, managing transitions, and ensuring adoption through effective communication, training, and performance tracking. The position demands a proactive approach to planning, governance, and continuous improvement to maximise PLM impact.
- Assessment & Strategy: Analyse existing workflows, plan transitions, and align PLM capabilities with business objectives.
- Stakeholder & Change Management: Engage leadership, manage resistance, and ensure smooth organisational adaptation.
- Enablement & Performance: Deliver training, monitor adoption, and refine strategies based on KPIs and user feedback.
Your profile
- Proven experience in PLM implementation and business process consulting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in change management and organisational transformation.
- Familiarity with engineering and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to develop and execute training and enablement programmes.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
