Lets find your role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing, reviewing, and interpreting sell-through performance reports, managing and monitoring product critical paths, and overseeing day-to-day Anaplan system administration. This role ensures timely, accurate, and actionable insights to support commercial decision-making and smooth operational workflow across product lifecycle stages.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell-Through Reporting & Analysis
- Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sell-through performance reports for product categories, regions, and channels.
- Monitor sales vs. forecast and highlight risks or opportunities for stock optimization.
- Partner with merchandising, planning, and buying teams to provide insights that inform trading decisions.
- Maintain and improve reporting templates, ensuring consistency and accuracy across datasets.
Anaplan Administration
- Act as the primary Anaplan administrator, managing user access, data uploads, and system integrity.
- Maintain master data, hierarchies, and model structures in line with business requirements.
- Support system enhancements, testing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with IT and external vendors.
- Train and support users on Anaplan best practices and processes.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan administration (model building experience desirable).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
