Roster Clerk – Trains – Kings Cross, East Side Offices
Now recruiting a Roster Clerk for our Operational Resourcing Team
The Roster Clerk works at the heart of our Resourcing Team, responsible for assisting the roster team in the preparation and updating of the rosters, your role will focus on assisting the entire stations resourcing team in all aspects of their day to day operation. Although you won’t be customer facing, your customer service skills will be vital for your communications with internal and external stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, first and foremost, you’ll need excellent PC literacy, Admin skills and will be able to input data quickly and accurately. Our Roster Clerk is an integral part of the unit behind running our trains which keep passengers moving across our network. Our trains run at all hours, day and night, but you won’t have to with Monday to Friday Office Hours.
You’ll need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with error checking and being able to work to a tight deadline. Customer service excellence has been a part of the way that you work for many years. Knowledge or experience of the UK passenger rail industry is also highly beneficial but not essential
