HR Generalist – Haifa, Israel
Summary:
Energean is seeking to employ an HR Generalist for our offices in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
The HR Generalist holds the responsibility for the implementation, administration and operation of various Human Resources (HR) programs, practices and procedures regarding benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, coaching/training, employee relations and organizational development.
Key Accountabilities:
• Reporting to Energean HR Manager and liaising with all departments and offshore teams.
• Supports and implement HR activities including but not limited to employee relations, staffing, employee and organizational development support.
• Assists in implementing HR policies and activities such as employment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations and organizational design for assigned client group.
• Assists in the communication of human resource policies and programs.
• Generates standard reports from SF database or other relevant system.
• Maintain accurate HR data in SF.
• Support recruiting efforts: work with managers to create or update job descriptions, manage all requisitions in SF until final approval making sure all HR practices are in place.
• Supports candidate screening, interviews and protocols.
• Supports employee’s wellbeing activities.
• Supports global mobility needs according to company’s guidelines.
• Responsible for Office Administrative needs in all Energean locations in Israel.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Related Academic Degree with practical experience of performing in a similar role.
• Demonstrate HR experience with ideally 4-6 years of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with written and spoken fluency in both Hebrew and English.
• Hands-on, Self-directed, and highly motivated.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, team player, and trustworthy.

• Good written and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence key decision makers in an operations environment.
• Delivery focused and can successfully manage multiple interfaces and work streams.
