We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee and deliver capital projects. In this role, you will lead the full project lifecycle, from consultation with local teams, scoping and designing works, tendering, and completing business cases, to appointing contractors and managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful on-time, on-budget delivery. You will support local teams with the coordination, planning, and delivery of day-to-day repairs and maintenance across the portfolio, while also taking ownership of statutory inspections and any required remedial works for all plant and equipment in collaboration with both in-house teams and external contractors.
As the Regional Property Manager, you will build strong relationships with head teachers, residential home managers, regional directors, and other stakeholders to develop collaborative partnerships that drive project success.
