Salary: £30,380 per annum
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off | 7:00am – 6:30pm

Your Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality meals across all day parts

Support preparation for night service

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards meet Eurest and legal requirements

Work closely with the site kitchen team (13 Compass staff, 1 direct report)
The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a high-volume or contract catering setting

Chef qualifications (NVQ or similar)

A keen eye for detail and presentation

Able to thrive under pressure and deliver consistently high standards
