Contract Manager
Location: National (home location near Sheffield)
Contract Sites: Blackpool, York, Pontefract, Gateshead and Wallingford with occasional travel to sites in Ballymount and Broomhill in Ireland. Contract may grow with more sites in UK and Ireland.

We’re seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a sharp commercial focus and a proven ability to run large, multi-site operations. You’ll be accountable for the performance of one of our newest Soft FM contracts, ensuring seamless delivery of services, client satisfaction, and strong financial results across 7 sites.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive facilities management provider where operational delivery, client partnership, and commercial growth go hand in hand.

Your Role

  • Act as the single point of accountability for contract delivery and client relationship management.
  • Ensure effective delivery of cleaning, security, catering, vending, and 3rd party providers
  • Lead the contract’s P&L, drive cost efficiencies, and achieve key financial targets.
  • Develop, motivate, and direct site teams to deliver consistently high standards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance contract performance and secure long-term value.
  • Maintain a safe, compliant environment, championing health, safety, and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in Soft FM delivery with proven success at contract/account management level.
  • Solid commercial acumen with hands-on P&L responsibility and a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-site operations with a focus on service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building senior-level client relationships.
  • Inspirational leader, skilled in engaging and developing teams.
  • Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for efficiency and value creation.
  • Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across multiple sites.

Desirable

  • Experience leading change or transformation initiatives.
  • Recognised FM or leadership qualifications (e.g. IOSH, IWFM, ILM).
