Cleaning Manager

The Role
 As Cleaning Manager, you’ll oversee and deliver specialist cleaning services across industrial and office environments.

  • Lead and coordinate daily cleaning operations across office and industrial environments.
  • Manage, train, and motivate cleaning teams to deliver exceptional standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Partner with suppliers to integrate innovative cleaning technologies and solutions.
  • Oversee budgets, stock control, and efficient resource management.
  • Conduct inspections, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer journey.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing industrial or large-scale cleaning operations.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate cleaning teams.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the drive to maintain immaculate standards.
  • Confidence in liaising with suppliers and implementing new cleaning technologies.
  • Technical knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, equipment, and safety regulations.
  • A forward-thinking mindset, able to integrate new technologies and processes.
  • A customer-first attitude with relentless attention to detail.
