What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to a wide range of stakeholders, including Finance, Regulators, and C-level leaders. You will own and manage over 20 self-service reporting applications, ensuring accessibility and efficiency across the business. As a champion of transformation, you’ll lead initiatives in automation, process improvement, and advanced analytics, driving operational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across a portfolio of more than 700,000 accounts. At the heart of your leadership will be a commitment to fostering a culture of curiosity, customer-centricity, and technical excellence.

Who you are

You will bring a proven track record in leading, motivating, and coaching high-performing data and operations teams, underpinned by strong communication and stakeholder management skills that enable you to influence effectively at all levels. With resilience and adaptability, you thrive in fast-paced environments and can guide teams through change with confidence.

Technically, you’ll have deep expertise in data engineering, data science, and automation best practices, along with hands-on experience using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, PowerApps, Python, and AWS. You excel at delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure, ensuring both performance and compliance.

Ideally, you’ll also bring knowledge of the energy industry and its regulatory landscape, supported by a degree-level qualification or equivalent practical experience.
