About the role

Your responsibilities
- Leading financial planning, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews in partnership with Commercial, Brand Finance, and FP&A teams.
- Managing channel P&Ls, pricing strategies, and ROI tracking for promotional investments and product initiatives (NPD/EPD).
- Supporting financial evaluation of new and existing products to ensure profitability and strategic alignment.
- Driving planning cycles (budget, forecast, actuals) and providing variance analysis with clear business commentary.
- Ensuring accurate month-end close processes, including COGS allocation and gross margin reporting.
- Maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with financial standards.
- Contributing to strategic and cross-functional projects aimed at improving channel performance and long-term growth.
- Enhancing reporting capabilities and aligning processes with the global Finance operating model.
The experience we're looking for
- Minimum 5-7 years of finance experience in high growth environment, with accounting and reporting experience.
- Good understanding of systems/ERP, ideally SAP applications
- Strong analytical skills, strong track record of delivering outstanding performance.
- Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously whilst maintaining good quality of work and achieve deadlines.
- Data modelling to handle the complex data across regions and bring harmonisation in reporting.

US salary ranges
127,000 – 191,000
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
