About the role
The Consumer Engagement Team’s mission is to deliver marketplace outperformance across our Omni channel strategy, leveraging evidence to win brand missions across integrated marketing practices and with a digital consumer experience at heart. Our vision is centered around a collaborative, agile and analytics informed process. Â
Your responsibilities
- Habitat Comms Task Owner – Mapping of consumer journeys within a consumer Habitat and with the objective of aligning to Brand MissionsÂ
- Comms Jobs to be done & KPI mapping​ across Paid/owned/earned strategy.Â
- Digital Brief Approver to align to Brand Habitat - Digital Lab/Influencer/BAM​Â
- CRM & Loyalty newsletter CX owners​Â
- Brand / Retail site management​ and alignment to brand habitatÂ
- Influencer platform & creator stewardship, project management​Â
- MRM Digital Lab Stewards, managing scope, effective briefing approval, timelines to launch date, inclusive of revision loop and SLAs & CreativeX compliance​.Â
- Social account managementÂ
- Brand Stores: Develop BIC content strategy for Brand Stores, across retailers. Â
- Creation: Design BIC A+/B+ eCommerce content for NPD, EPD, or BDI across Amazon.Com 1st Party, 3rd party (Marketplace customers), Pure Play and Bricks & Clicks. ​Â
- Optimization: Ongoing audits with Test & Learn across our owned sites inclusive of brand & retail as a way to improve performance. Â
- Adaptation: Tailor A+/B+ content to retailer specifications​Â
- Asset Management: Responsible for ensuring the DAM, Salsify and Webcollage have updated content for the respective brands ​Â
- Review Generation & Syndication: Execute sampling programs (BazaarVoice) and ensure NPDs launch with reviews​Â
- Content Contractors: content managers to work seamlessly with our team of 3 digital designers, in order to execute and produce digital content ​Â
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plusÂ
- 3-5 Years in career leading CPG company, Advertising, or MarTech industriesÂ
- Strong commercial awareness, Entrepreneurial, Ability to influence, CreativityÂ
- Strong sense of urgency and achievement, Resilient and able to respond under pressureÂ
- Strong analytical skills, financial skills, and P&L understandingÂ
- Capable of analyzing data to draw conclusions from the dataÂ
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
