Learning and Development Specialist

We’re looking for a commercially-minded Learning & Development professional to join us at a critical growth stage for our company. You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact sales, management, and performance training programs that enable our people and business to thrive.

This role is ideal for someone who’s worked in a structured L&D environment and is now ready to take ownership of building the function in a growing, fast-paced organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and deliver sales enablement training that supports a high-performance, results-driven culture

•Build structured management development programs to equip our people leaders with the skills to lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams

•Introduce performance management practices that support clarity, accountability, and individual growth

•Partner with HR and senior leadership to shape a L&D strategy that aligns with our commercial goals, including succession planning and career development pathways

•Build relationships across the business to influence, engage, and embed training at every level

•Implement processes to track and measure impact, learning outcomes, and business value

•Support the wider cultural shift toward coaching, development, and growth mindset

The Right Candidate:

•Brings experience from a structured L&D environment

•Can design and deliver practical, high-impact training across the business

•Builds credibility quickly and can work effectively across departments, with a confident and assertive communication style

•Understands the commercial value of L&D and connects learning programs to measurable business outcomes

•Flexible to travel occasionally to other areas of the UK as needed
