About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Executive – 12 month FTC to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations and logistics processes while managing our 3PL partner. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient movement of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and improving supply chain performance.

Your responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations: Monitor and enhance efficiency in storage, inventory management, and material handling.
  • 3PL Management: Act as the main point of contact with the 3PL provider, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions for discrepancies.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, resolve transport delays, and optimize logistics costs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and suggest improvements.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with regulations, health & safety standards, and best practices.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights to leadership.

The experience we're looking for

  • Graduate calibre, with supply chain or production planning experience within an FMCG
  • Data driven
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Exceptional ability to manage workload and identify priority tasks to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong influencing / communication expertise
  • Ability to build good relationships and challenge constructively and confidently
  • Ability to consolidate large volumes of complex information, interpret & construct straightforward plans.
  • Naturally inquisitive and interested in the brands.
  • Confident and capable of operating at all levels and able to resolve conflict situations
  • Competent with PC tools and information systems with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvement.
  • Able to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques to evaluate and resolve operational issues.
