Functietitel: Customer Service Representative
Locatie: Aalten
Contract en dienstverband: Tijdelijk contract (12 maanden) met mogelijkheid tot verlenging voor onbepaalde tijd, afhankelijk van prestatie.
Salaris: Salaris vanaf €36,975 per jaar, met toegang tot flexibele secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden die jouw ontwikkeling, welzijn en dagelijks leven ondersteunen.
Germains Seed Technology, een wereldwijde leider in zaadtechnologie, is op zoek naar een Medewerker Klantenservice voor onze vestiging in Aalten. In deze rol ben je het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor onze internationale klanten, beheer je orders en zorg je voor een soepel proces van begin tot eind. Wat je gaat doen:

Binnenkomende orders verwerken om te zorgen voor een tijdige en correcte levering aan de klant.

Ordergegevens controleren, correct interpreteren, aanvullen en invoeren in het systeem voor verdere verwerking.

Alternatieven aanbieden en klanten adviseren over de resultaten van onderzoeken, wanneer orders niet volgens wens kunnen worden verwerkt.

Proactief de status van orders bewaken en klanten en collega’s informeren over de voortgang. Mocht je vertragingen opmerken, dan waarschuw je de leidinggevende en stel je oplossingen voor om de orderstroom soepel te houden.

Klantgegevens bijhouden met betrekking tot de zaadvoorraad van klanten op locatie en hierover communiceren met de klant.

Meedenken over het verbeteren van de omzet en klanttevredenheid.
Wat je meebrengt:

Eerdere ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de productie-industrie.

HBO werk- en denkniveau.

Een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal in woord en geschrift is vereist (B2-niveau).
