Job Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor
Location: Hull, HU8 8LE Â (Hybrid, 3 days per week on site)

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team, supporting high volume Supply and Manufacturing recruitment across our Hull site. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is forward-thinking, and can act as a true partner to stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our talent strategy, delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes, and providing data-driven insights to support workforce planning.Â
Your responsibilities
- Strategically Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver tailored, strategic recruitment solutions.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
- Provide high-level data and reporting on vacancy trends, recruitment metrics, and pipeline health to inform decision-making.
- Identify and engage top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment approaches.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Champion a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and talent forecasting.

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles including Supply & ManufacturingÂ

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
