About the role
Joining Reckitt’s Infant Formula Nutrition team as Associate Brand Manager, you’ll take on from strategy development, market analysis to excellence in execution. The Assistant Brand manager position resides within the Marketing function and will support the Sr Brand Manager/Brand Manager in the execution of the Strategy & Activation for assigned brands.  Â

Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Support the Manager in the development and execution of the annual marketing plan for a given brand, and responsible for ensuring successful and efficient execution Â
- Support the development of tactics and execution of brand activations, including consumer promotion, social media, digital ecosystem management, and shopper programs designed to engage consumers at retail.Â
- Lead the analysis and measurement of performance (market trends, category, brand and executions), and identify drivers and drainers across the business to drive optimizations and growth. Based on knowledge gained from an in depth understanding of the brand and category, identify and recommend key initiatives; Â
- Assess marketing effectiveness and consumption growth by leading the analysis & defining suitable action plans Â
- Lead financial assessment – calling out challenges & develop plan to optimize profitabilityÂ
- Partner closely with the sales and trade marketing functions to ensure excellence in execution, identify trade needs / opportunities, develop pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions. Â
- Support the development of and lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategies for creative messaging, comms, packaging, promotions and operationsÂ
- Day to Day management includes budget to ensure efficient/optimal spending, drive forecast accuracy & financial analysisÂ
- To initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth. Develop these insights into achievable plans.Â

The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree required in a commercial subject. Â MBA is a plus.Â
- 2-3 Years of marketing experience or MBA, must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within a CPG or OTC environment Â
- Prior experience in related fields (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Advertising) a plus Â
- Financially and commercially astuteÂ
- Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes the initiative to do what’s neededÂ
- Experience in marketing models beyond traditional TVC advertising preferred (professional; digital; etc.)Â
- Exceptional ability to influence and work within a matrixed organization, as well as in a global environment Â
- Excellent analytical skills and should be comfortable with Nielsen, concept validation tools as well as trade marketing and business insightsÂ
- Strong P&L skills Â
- Very strong verbal/written communication skillsÂ
- Resilience and Ability to handle ambiguityÂ
- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skillsÂ

US salary ranges
USDÂ $105,000.00
  –  $157,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
