We have an opportunity for an experienced sales training professional to join our Commercial L&D Team in our Manchester office. This role is important as you’ll be responsible for ensuring our sales people are fully trained to perform at a high level and increase customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior L&D Advisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve the following:

  • Scheduling and delivering quality individual/team sales and systems training/coaching on a regular basis
  • Ensuring that new employees into the Commercial team receive an amazing induction into the company, supporting by training and coaching to meet their responsibilities successfully
  • Proactively ensuring maximum attendance on all sales training events
  • Developing and maintaining a library of online and physical learning resources and materials
  • Understanding and upholding our company objectives and values
  • Keeping up-to-date with employee development trends.

Skills:

  • Proven experience working in a Sales training position
  • Knowledge of learning principles and training techniques – both in-person and online
  • Experience working with and developing people of all levels and abilities
  • Understanding of a business-to-business (B2B) sales process, preferably with customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills.
