Telesales Executive – Regional Sales – Nottingham
As a Telesales Executive, you will be focused on generating regional sales growth through proactive telephone-based sales, targeting a variety of sectors across the UK. Your main focus will be driving the growth of our trade offer, creating long-term value for the business, and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively make outbound calls to exceed sales and activity targets.
- Identify, develop, and manage a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Prepare and submit tailored proposals based on client needs.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers and key internal teams.
- Direct relevant prospects to our field sales team for further engagement.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, reporting key developments.
- Use social media (e.g., LinkedIn) and industry news to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, corporate events, and other business development activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven telesales or sales/customer service experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and IT proficiency.
- Resilient, driven, and able to work independently.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding targets.
- Experience in recycling, waste management, or related industries.
- Outstanding proposal writing and presentation skills.
