As our B2C Gift Card Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing the end to end operations and commercial performance of both our own brand and 3rd party gift card programmes across in store and online channels.

In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners. We’re looking for a pro-active and detail-oriented individual with strong commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all gift card products are set up correctly across all retail and online channels
  • Liaise with 3rd party merchandisers to maintain excellent availability across all products
  • Monitor and analyse weekly sales across all platforms
  • Track any promotional activity
  • Support the forecasting process
  • Work on all elements of the Asda gift card programme including card design, stock management and product development
  • Be the lead for asdagiftcards.com

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a commercial or operational retail environment
  • Strong analytical and excel skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience of working in the gift card industry would be an advantage but not essential
