Are you a tech-savvy school or college leaver with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for turning things off and on again? Do you dream of a career in IT where every day brings a new challenge—and maybe a printer that refuses to cooperate?

We’re on the hunt for an Apprentice ICT Role to join our dynamic team at Regents Court. You’ll be mentored by the brilliant team, and you’ll get hands-on experience supporting real users, solving real problems, and learning real skills that’ll set you up for a future in tech.

Important: You’ll need a full UK driving license for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for IT queries—via phone, email, or our ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network gremlins.
  • Set up and maintain IT kit like laptops, mobiles, and printers (yes, even the moody ones).
  • Keep our IT asset register in tip-top shape.
  • Learn the ropes of IT security and data protection.
  • Help manage stock levels

What You’ll Bring:

  • A genuine interest in IT and tech.
  • Great communication and organisation skills.
  • A team-player attitude with a hunger to learn.
  • GCSEs, A-Levels, or equivalent—no experience needed, just enthusiasm!
