Role responsibilities:
- Maintain store areas in a clean and organised state whilst reporting any equipment defects to Head Chef
- To be accountable for ordering, receiving and storage of food as per Bourne Food Safety Management System (FSMS)
- Accountable for processing invoices and to complete weekly stock takes in alignment with Group financial deadlines.
- Confidently deal with external suppliers and delivery drivers
- Monitors deliveries and supplier information and is proactive in arranging appropriate resource/support to ensure the guest experience is not affected.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company, and Health & Safety policies within your area of responsibility.
- Be proactive in arranging appropriate resource that is reflective of the guest numbers and food cost budgets, escalating to Head Chef where necessary
- Work closely and liaise with the Head Chef to ensure compliance in audits and EHO visits.
