Are you an enthusiastic and friendly individual who wants to join our Metal Division and embark on an exciting adventure.

 You will experience something different every day in the Metal Division and as a field sales consultant you get to experience this, with many different customer types you could be visiting maintenance engineers and metal fabricators in the morning and hotels or theme parks in the afternoon, the opportunities are endless!

As a field sales consultant, you’ll get to interact with people from all walks of life and sell products that you truly believe in. Whether you’re selling fasteners, technical chemicals, PPE, power & hand tools, you’ll be sure to have a blast while making those important sales.

 But don’t worry, we’ll give you all the tools you need to succeed. We’ll provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and the backing of a fantastic team.

 

To succeed in this role:

  • A self-starter who can work independently and is driven to achieve goals
  • Proven ability to find and develop new business opportunities
  • The ability to build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Providing excellent service, including after-sale follow-up, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • An interest and/or understanding of the products or services being sold (don’t worry if you don’t currently know this, training will be provided)
  • Competence in using sales software and other relevant computer applications
  • A determined attitude to overcome sale obstacles and achieve success
  • A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets (desirable)

 

We will offer:

  • £18,000 basic salary with minimum guaranteed earnings of £26,160 per annum 
  • Uncapped commission on all items sold

You may have experience in or be interested in Hospitality, Field Sales Representative, Business Development, front-of-house sales, Sales Executive, Account Manager, Customer Service Representative, Sales Coordinator, Retail Sales Consultant, Telesales, Call Centre, Area Sales, etc.

Salary: Package includes £18,000 basic salary with a minimum guarantee earnings of £26,160 per annum plus uncapped commission & Company Car, Tablet & Mobile Phone

Hours: 40 per week, Monday – Friday
